Account registration is subject to identity verification ("KYC") procedures. phlein may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
All transactions on the phlein Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlein accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your phlein account upon confirmation of receipt by phlein's payment processing systems. phlein is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phlein, you agree to first contact phlein's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phlein will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phlein with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and phlein relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
